Ad Warrior Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager for our Thirsk broiler farm. You will support the Farm Manager in daily operations, ensure equipment functions, monitor flock performance, and maintain records to drive production efficiency and welfare.

The role requires poultry production experience, a Poultry Passport (or progress), and the ability to work weekends and extended hours. On-site setting with strict biosecurity and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Poultry Passport completed or in progress.
• Proven broiler production or poultry farm management experience.
• Strong understanding of broiler nutrition, health and welfare.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting.
• Physically able to work in a farm environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing day-to-day broiler farm operations.
• Ensure feeding, watering, ventilation, and lighting systems function correctly.
• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, air quality).
• Maintain proper stocking density and bird comfort.
• Supervise farm workers and attendants; assign tasks.
• Track performance metrics and keep accurate production records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
