Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in London is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer to review, enhance, and support the Broadcast Management Systems and Air-Time-Sales workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to map requirements to the Product Solutions roadmap and ensure timely delivery.

Based in our London Hammersmith office, you’ll work four days a week in the office with one remote day. You will collaborate with internal users and vendors to implement effective workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in system review activities and product workflow requirements.
  • Develop, analyse, prioritise, and organise requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.
  • Field functionality-related questions with the configuration and Product Solutions team.
  • Translate business requirements into implementation specifications.
  • Map legacy workflows to the Common Workflow Standard for business alignment.
  • Support workflow-related requests and processes.
  • Track product-related queries to completeness and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure effective request management and change controls.
  • Assist Product Solutions team with various activities.
  • Perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
  • Coordinate with technology and portfolio teams on delivering functional solutions.
  • Provide hands-on support with planning, scheduling, configuration, media- and data-related activities.
  • Work with users to triage requests following a defined process.
  • Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives.
