The Walt Disney Company in London is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer to review, enhance, and support the Broadcast Management Systems and Air-Time-Sales workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to map requirements to the Product Solutions roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
Based in our London Hammersmith office, you’ll work four days a week in the office with one remote day. You will collaborate with internal users and vendors to implement effective workflow solutions.
Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology (DEE) brings together the Company’s best-in-class product,technology, and commercialization teams together into one global organization. DEEis responsible for the P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Company's content engines. DEE also manages operations of the Company's streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+and Disney+HotStar; and domestic broadcast and cable television networks.
As an integral member of our Product Solutions team, the Product Solutions Engineer is responsible for the review,enhancementand support of the TWDC Broadcast Management Systems, Air-Time-Sales workflows and ancillary media applications. This role will work alongside the Product Solution Engineers within the team to implement workflow solutions that meet business needs and expectations. Using their skills and experience they will support the Product Solutions Team with planning activities as well as successful execution of projects and deliverables. The role willprovide assistance to the Product Solutions team with the prioritisation and implementation of features within specific timelines. They will work with internal teams,usersand third-party vendors to ensure deliverables are in line with the Product Solutions roadmap and overall department strategy.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.
