Job summary

IMG is a leading global sports marketing agency providing media rights, content production and distribution, brand partnerships, and events management. The Solution Delivery Lead will drive end-to-end delivery of a core media technology platform in a broadcasting environment, coordinating with internal teams and an external SI partner.

You will design, configure, test and implement the solution, ensure alignment with business needs, and develop training programmes for operational staff.

Qualifications

• Proven technology delivery experience in broadcasting or media environments.
• Strong understanding of live and non-live media workflows.
• Experience delivering end-to-end media platforms and associated tooling.
• Experience collaborating with System Integration partners to deliver on time and to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform delivery from design through deployment.
• Manage Systems Integration Partner performance and deliverables.
• Define test strategy and coordinate defect resolution and deployment planning.
• Design and deliver training programmes and drive business readiness for go-live.
• Define readiness criteria and govern go/no-go decisions for launch.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate progress to leadership.
