Job summary

CineArk LTD is seeking a Broadcast Technical Supervisor to lead and support their growing broadcast and live production services from the Wooburn Green HQ. The role combines on-site leadership with remote problem solving and collaboration with engineering teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of RF systems, IP-based media, and modern audio protocols, and will help evolve CineArk's technical capabilities across SMPTE ST 2110, AES67, NMOS, and related standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in live broadcast or technical broadcast roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of RF and IP-based transmission systems.
• Understanding of IP media infrastructure (ST 2110, AES67, PTP, VLANs).
• Familiarity with colour workflows and HDR pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Support design, setup, and testing of RF and IP-based transmission systems for live production.
• Interpret signal flow diagrams and integrate baseband (SDI) with IP infrastructure.
• Provide remote and on-site support for live deployments.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Maintain quality control across audio, video, and transmission workflows.
