• Lead the studio's technical management team's recruitment, training and development strategy.
• Deliver effective performance reviews and personal development plans.
• Establish mentoring relationships and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Work closely with Technical Managers and the Senior Manager to ensure training aligns with evolving industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure efficient resource management, aligning team skills with production requirements.
• Stay up to date with broadcast and production technology trends.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and motivated team environment.
• Ensure open and effective communication, keeping the team informed and aligned with business goals.
