itsu is hiring a Team Member to work in one of our stores. You will be involved in cutting fresh fish, preparing ingredients, rolling maki, and crafting our well-known dishes. Training is provided through a mix of hands-on in-store sessions and digital learning, with no experience required initially.

This vacancy is for a full-time position [around 35 hours per week], requiring full flexibility throughout the week.

Start as a Team Member and earn up to £14.05 per hour, including an hourly bonus* and NO zero hours contracts!

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
