Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a Registered Service Manager in Bristol to lead a specialist rehabilitation service for adults with acquired brain injuries and complex needs. The role combines residential support with community outreach, working with healthcare professionals, therapists and local stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes and maximise independence.

The successful candidate will have senior management experience in health and social care, CQC knowledge, and be committed to

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams within health and social care.
• Experience with rehabilitation, acquired brain injury or complex care.
• Understanding of CQC requirements and quality standards.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to undertake CQC registration if not already registered.
• Current or previous CQC Registered Manager experience.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing the management and support teams.
• Promoting a positive, accountable and inclusive culture.
• Managing the day-to-day operation of the service.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements.
• Completing audits, service reviews and action plans.
• Managing budgets, occupancy and overall service performance.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionals.
• Supporting the continued development of both residential and community-based services.
• Driving quality improvement and embedding best practice across the service.
• You will also participate in the on-call rota, subject to service requirements.
