Job summary

Boccard UK in Bristol seeks a proactive Project Assistant to support project managers with planning, execution, and completion of projects. You will coordinate tasks, maintain documentation, attend meetings, take minutes, and help with reporting and audits.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. This role offers a collaborative team, training opportunities, and a central Bristol location.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

  • Supporting project managers in planning, executing, and finalising projects.
  • Coordinating project tasks and deliverables.
  • Tracking progress and reporting updates.
  • Organising and maintaining project documentation and document control.
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Conducting research and compiling data for reports.
  • Supporting internal audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Formatting key documents and reports.
  • Arranging travel and recording expenses for invoicing.
