Ganymede Solutions Ltd. in Bristol is seeking Quantity Surveyors at multiple levels to work on a large long‑term M&E project. You’ll engage across the full commercial lifecycle, from design through to practical completion, with exposure to substantial mechanical and electrical packages.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveyors from M&E, building services, specialist contracting or wider construction backgrounds.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical projects.
• Experience with JCT contracts.
• Monthly valuations, CVRs and cost reporting.
• Variations and change control.
• Final accounts.
• Subcontractor commercial management.
• Commercial risk.

Responsibilities

• Managing project costs.
• Preparing and progressing monthly valuations.
• Managing variations and change.
• Job costing and financial reviews.
• Preparing and agreeing final accounts.
• Monitoring payments against contract terms.
• Reviewing contracts and highlighting commercial risk.
• Working closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Supporting the wider commercial team.
