Job summary

Rydon seeks an experienced Hard FM Service Manager to lead a small in-house maintenance team on an NHS hospital contract in Bristol. You will ensure reactive responses and PPMs meet SLA/KPI targets in a live hospital environment.

You will oversee statutory compliance, manage sub-contracted works when required, and contribute to long-term contract improvements while safeguarding health, safety, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a facilities management company.
• Experience supporting NHS clients is preferred.
• Strong influencing, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small in-house maintenance team on an NHS hospital contract.
• Ensure reactive calls and PPMs meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of hard FM services and compliance.
• Coordinate specialist sub-contracted services when required and ensure quality.
