Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an Associate to join its Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) team in Bristol. Hybrid working is available. The role targets candidates with 0-3 years’ PQE and a genuine interest in energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

You will work on project finance, corporate transactions and project documentation, supporting cross-border matters within a global network. Competitive compensation and a collaborative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE in ENRI or related areas.
• Experience in project finance, development, and corporate transactions is preferred.
• Strong drafting and commercial acumen are essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise sponsors, developers, lenders, investors and public sector bodies on ENRI matters.
• Support M&A, joint ventures and investments within ENRI sector.
• Draft and negotiate key project documents across the lifecycle.
