Focus Training seeks a credible Head of Centre to lead our Bristol centre, owning performance, reputation and development. The role shapes curriculum, builds high-performing teams and drives sustainable growth while ensuring an outstanding learner experience.

You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations and HR, translating group strategy into local actions and strengthening employer relationships across Bristol.
