Job summary

Rudy's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences day in and day out. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to run shifts, own the floor, and uphold service standards, cost awareness, and staff welfare in a busy site.

You’ll develop talent, oversee recruitment and onboarding, mentor supervisors, and drive a culture where teamwork and amazing pizza define every shift within the growing Mission Mars portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management or supervisory role in hospitality.
• Commercial awareness and comfort with labour, budgets, and P&L basics.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts independently and own the floor when on duty.
• Build and maintain a team culture that people want to be part of.
• Drive standards across service, guest experience, and compliance on every shift.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence.

Position: Assistant Manager

Salary: £36,200 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

This is a big role for someone who's ready for it. As Assistant Manager at Rudy's, you'll work closely with the Senior leaders on site to drive the performance of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience through to standards. It's fast-paced, it's hands-on, and it's genuinely rewarding when you get it right.

• Supporting the General Manager in leading a high-performing front-of-house team

• Experience in a management or senior supervisory role in a hospitality environment
• Strong leadership presence - you motivate people

• Ambition to grow into a Deputy or General Manager - this role is a stepping stone
