Rudy's Worcester is opening soon and Mission Mars is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team with energy and drive. You’ll work closely with on‑site senior leaders to shape guest experience, culture, and standards while running shifts and controlling costs.

With a clear path to Deputy or General Manager, you’ll enjoy a competitive £32,900 salary plus monthly tips, up to 32% annual bonus, staff discounts, and extensive training as part of a growing business.

Responsibilities

Salary: £32,900 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Rudy's Worcester is coming! And we are looking for our next superstar management team to lead the way on our exciting opening! This is a big role for someone who's ready for it. As Assistant Manager at Rudy's, you'll work closely with the Senior leaders on site to drive the performance of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience through to standards. It's fast-paced, it's hands-on, and it's genuinely rewarding when you get it right.
