Job summary

Bright Horizons is looking for a flexible nursery practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team at a nursery in the UK. You will contribute to delivering the EYFS through engaging children in educational activities and support day-to-day tasks with a larger team.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, plus prior experience with nursery settings. You will work in a supportive environment with DBS checks in place and a focus on safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with nursery children or similar roles.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.

Responsibilities

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!

Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification




• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
