Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking a Bridging Finance Solicitor (3+ PQE) in Central London to join the property team. The role offers long-term prospects with hybrid working after probation.

You will manage commercial property transactions, draft loan documents, review titles and searches, and liaise with underwriters to satisfy pre-loan conditions while advising clients and lenders on risks. A strong commercial mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Solicitor admitted to practice in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE.
• Commercial property experience and strategic thinking.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate with standard office software.
• Ability to convey clear, concise information to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
