Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its Real Estate Team and seeks a diligent, confident solicitor with strong secured lending and real estate finance experience to join a fast-paced department.

You will act for banks and short-term lenders, manage bridging and property finance transactions, and advise on both commercial and residential property deals. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in real estate or property finance.
• Strong experience in commercial and residential property and secured lending.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Experience in bridging finance is highly desirable.
• Proactive approach to business development.
