Job summary

NRG Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Commercial Mortgage Broker in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, offering a hybrid work pattern and a base salary of £40k with uncapped commission. The role focuses on sourcing, structuring and completing bridging and development finance deals for developers and investors.

You'll manage the full lifecycle of specialist finance transactions, with training and support to move into senior or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in bridging, development funding or complex buy-to-let mortgage advice required.
• Proven track record in structuring and completing deals in your specialist area.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build a high-quality pipeline within bridging and development finance.
• Build strong relationships with developers, introducers and lenders.
• Assess project viability, including cash flow, risk and business plans.
• Prepare offers, term sheets and proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Drive applications through underwriting, valuation, legal and survey stages.
• Deliver on revenue, conversion and deal volume targets.
