Job summary

NRG Resourcing is recruiting a Commercial Mortgage Broker in Greater London. You will advise clients on bridging, commercial mortgages, and complex buy-to-let solutions, working with warm leads provided by the business. Both employed and self-employed routes are available.

You will manage a pipeline, conduct thorough fact-finds, liaise with lenders, and maintain compliant records while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker or related bridging/commercial mortgage work.
• Strong track record in converting leads and building client relationships.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on bridging, commercial mortgage, and complex buy-to-let solutions.
• Manage a pipeline of warm, qualified leads provided by the business.
• Conduct thorough fact-finds and present tailored recommendations.
• Liaise with lenders to secure best terms for clients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
