• Proven ability to convert leads and build client relationships.

• CeMAP or equivalent qualifications advantageous.

• Advise clients on bridging, commercial mortgage and complex buy-to-let solutions.
• Manage a pipeline of warm, qualified leads provided by the business.
• Conduct thorough fact-finds and present tailored recommendations.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice meets regulatory standards.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
