Swarm Recruitment is seeking a Mortgage Case Manager for a leading homebuilding finance specialist in the UK. You will manage Bridging and Development finance applications from enquiry to loan completion, liaising with sales, clients, brokers, lenders and solicitors to ensure smooth progression.
The role offers probation-based office work, followed by hybrid arrangement up to two days home per week, a structured onboarding, CeMAP/CPSP training support, a bonus scheme and generous development

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Case Manager to join their specialist lending team. You will play a key role in managing bridging and development finance applications from enquiry through to completion of the loan. The role involves working closely with the Sales team, clients, brokers, lenders and solicitors to ensure applications progress smoothly and efficiently. You will act as a primary point of contact throughout the application journey, helping to resolve queries, obtain outstanding information and provide proactive updates to all parties involved. Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.
Core working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
