About the Specialist Mortgage Case Manager Role

As a Specialist Mortgage Case Manager, you’ll act as the backbone of the process—placing deals with lenders and owning the journey through to completion.

Expect interesting cases, large case sizes (£2–£3 million average) and complex structures. You’ll be empowered to think for yourself, solve problems fast, and ensure client outcomes are top tier.

Responsibilities

Place mortgage and finance cases with suitable lenders
Manage all stages of the deal from placement through to completion
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to keep the process moving
Proactively chase outstanding documentation and keep cases progressing
Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met
Act as the point of contact for all post-submission queries
Provide exceptional service to clients and brokers
Hybrid working with flexible hours

Case management experience in commercial mortgages, portfolio BTL, bridging or development finance
