Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, or working towards chartership with a clear pathway to achieving it.
• Experience delivering structural engineering projects within infrastructure, transportation, energy, utilities, buildings or related sectors.
• Strong technical engineering and problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading projects, technical packages or engineering teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams and guide technical packages across highways, rail, energy and major infrastructure programmes.
• Influence project direction and embedding smarter ways of working through digital tools and innovative design approaches.
• Drive collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver resilient, sustainable assets.
