Job summary

Jacobs are seeking an Associate Director for Bridges and Structures to influence project direction and deliver complex engineering across UK-wide infrastructure programmes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, apply innovative design approaches and drive digital delivery to improve asset performance and sustainability.

The role offers leadership across highways, rail, energy, and major projects, with a focus on resilience, decarbonisation and value creation for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• CEng status or working towards chartership with a clear path.
• Experience delivering structural projects within infrastructure sectors.
• Strong technical engineering and problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading projects or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering solutions across bridges and structures.
• Guide engineers and influence project direction across UK programmes.
