Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to compile concise, accurate reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customers.
• Must obtain CDL and DOT medical card within 11 months of employment and maintain thereafter.
• Experience leading, directing and training others in routine and emergency situations.
• Experience with bridge tunnel operations, procedures and regulations, safety and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Operations and Safety: Manage incidents using staff and equipment to safely secure and control emergencies, coordinating with police, fire and rescue units.
• Lead Activities and Oversee Documentation: Coach for performance, provide training, and document results with clear expectations.
• Patrolling and Inspection of Facility: Patrol and inspect tunnels, buildings, and stations to ensure equipment readiness and safe work environment.
