Job summary

Bradford Corporation is seeking a Housing Support Coordinator to deliver trauma-informed housing-related support across the Bradford District. You will work with individuals facing complex challenges to sustain tenancies, access services, and achieve positive outcomes.

The role is part of a new partnership between Waythrough and The Bridge Project, with a focus on independence and social inclusion. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, manage a diverse caseload, and contribute

This innovative collaboration will provide high-quality housing-related support to individuals facing a range of disadvantages, helping people to sustain tenancies, increase independence, and improve their overall wellbeing.As a Housing Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred trauma informed housing-related support to clients across the district. Working with individuals who may face a range of complex challenges, you will provide practical assistance, advocacy, and tailored support to help people maintain their accommodation, access relevant services, and achieve positive outcomes.This is a meaningful opportunity to join a new service from the very beginning and help shape its future development. Working as part of a dedicated team across both Waythrough and The Bridge Project, you will contribute to delivering a high-quality service that promotes independence, resilience, and social inclusion.We're looking for candidates with experience of supporting individuals with housing-related needs and a passion for helping people overcome barriers to achieving stable and independent lives. The successful candidates will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be able to manage a diverse caseload, and have experience of working with people facing social, financial, health, or other complex challenges.
