Job summary

Jacobs is seeking engineers to join a team delivering major UK transport and infrastructure projects. You will work on diverse bridge and structures assignments from feasibility to design delivery, collaborating with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, sustainable solutions.

The role supports professional development toward Chartered Engineer status, with exposure to High Speed 2, National Highways and Network Rail projects within a global engineering company

Qualifications

Strong structural analysis, engineering design and practical problem-solving capability.
Experience delivering bridge or structural engineering projects within a consultancy, contractor, local authority or infrastructure environment.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
Motivation to continue developing professionally and progress towards Chartered Engineer status.

Responsibilities

Deliver bridge and structures projects from feasibility through to detailed design and delivery.
Work alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams to solve complex structural challenges.
Contribute to practical, sustainable engineering solutions for client projects and communities.
