Jacobs in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Senior Engineer – Bridges & Structures to shape critical infrastructure across cities and transport networks. You will lead bridge and asset projects, applying robust structural analysis and design to improve resilience.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver high-quality technical outputs while embracing flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural or related engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or clear pathway toward chartership.
• Experience delivering structural engineering projects in infrastructure, transportation, energy, utilities or related sectors.
• Strong skills in structural analysis, design and problem-solving.
• Leadership experience coordinating project delivery, stakeholders and technical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead bridge and infrastructure projects, improving asset resilience and delivering complex structures.
• Provide technical judgment to enhance existing bridge assets and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, coordinate stakeholders and manage technical outputs.
