Job summary

wed2b is seeking a Bridal Sales Consultant for our London store at Royal Victoria Dock. This 10-hour-per-week role pays £13.67 per hour (London weighting) plus uncapped commission.

You will help brides find their perfect dress, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and work toward sales targets in a supportive team environment. The position requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach, with styling interest a plus.

At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s style, needs, and budget
• Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
• Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results-driven environment

Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role

• Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred)
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
• £13.67 per hour
