Wed2b Gateshead (In-store) is seeking a Bridal Sales Consultant to help brides find their perfect dress while delivering exceptional sales results.

This role offers 15 hours per week at £12.71 per hour plus uncapped commission, a structured training program, an employee discount, and opportunities to grow within an international retail business.

At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s style, needs, and budget
• Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
• Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results-driven environment

Who we’re looking for

• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
