wed2b Cardiff (In-store) is seeking a Bridal Sales Consultant to help brides find their perfect dress and deliver exceptional sales results. This part-time role is 10 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, plus uncapped commission, with weekend availability required.

You will provide a welcoming in-store experience, build rapport, recommend dresses and accessories, and work toward personal sales targets while contributing to store performance within our international retail business.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s style, needs, and budget

• Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role

• Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred)
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
• £12.71 per hour
