Job summary

Oldham College, a leading further education provider in Greater Manchester, seeks an experienced Tutor Assessor in Brickwork to support apprentices and work-based learners through high-quality assessment, coaching and learner support. You will work with employers and learners to ensure progress and successful qualifications.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 Brickwork qualification, a Level 5 or higher teaching qualification with an assessor qualification, and a minimum of five years’ industry

Qualifications

• Level 3 Brickwork qualification or equivalent.
• Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above with an assessor qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industry experience in Brickwork/Construction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assessment, coaching and learner support.
• Monitor learner progress, set targets and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with employers and workplace mentors to support learner development.
