Job summary

HEINEKEN UK seeks an experienced brewing or manufacturing professional to lead the Brewing department at the Tadcaster site. You will drive safety, quality and operational excellence across the end-to-end brewing process.

Role requires strong people leadership, TPM/Lean mindset, and collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Packaging teams to deliver world-class performance. A strategic, hands-on leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing, beverage production or process engineering.
• Strong people leadership and team development experience.
• Experience with trade unions or employee representatives.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality, Safety standards and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brewing operations to deliver safe, high-quality beer efficiently.
• Own department performance, safety and sustainability agenda.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce losses and optimise processes.
• Lead the Brewing AM Pillar with Engineering & Maintenance.
• Develop and implement process and technology improvements.
• Develop and empower the Brewing team for high performance.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver improvements.
• Manage resources, budgets and KPIs to meet Supply Chain needs.
