Job summary

HEINEKEN is seeking a Brewing Manager at our Tadcaster site to lead safe, high-quality, and efficient brewing operations. You’ll drive TPM and continuous improvement, manage the Brewing department, and collaborate across Quality, Engineering and Packaging.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Cost, and a strong people-focused culture. You’ll report to the site leadership team and play a key role in developing brewing capability and delivering World Class

Qualifications

• Experience leading brewing or manufacturing teams in FMCG.
• Strong safety, quality, cost focus.
• Experience with TPM, Lean or Six Sigma beneficial.
• Ability to work with unions or employee reps is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, high-quality beer production and improve efficiency.
• Set priorities for Brewing department and align with site goals.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Packaging, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Embed TPM and continuous improvement practices.
• Develop brewing capability and support new product launches.
• Lead, engage and develop brewing team; drive high performance culture.
• Build relationships with unions and key stakeholders to solve problems.
• Manage resources, budgets, and KPIs for brewing within Supply Chain needs.
