Job summary

Beavertown Brewery in London is seeking an experienced Technical Brewer to own technical brewing across our London sites. You will drive quality, reduce losses and improve efficiency while coaching brewers on the shop floor.

based on strong brewing science, data interpretation and leadership, you will partner with Production, Packaging, QA and Engineering to raise the bar and deliver consistently excellent beer.

Qualifications

• Diploma or MSc in brewing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in breweries.
• Strong data interpretation and quality focus.
• Experience leading technical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of technical brewing from raw materials to beer in trade.
• Deliver quality and loss-reduction KPIs across the brewery.
• Lead RCA investigations and brewing trials.
• Coach Brewers on best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Packaging, QA and Engineering.
