Job summary

AB InBev is seeking an Engineering Apprentice to join the Reliability and Operations team in the UK. You will help maintain brewery machinery, utilities and production equipment, developing practical engineering skills within a structured apprenticeship programme.

Under supervision, you will perform planned maintenance, support repairs, and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives while following safety and quality standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in engineering apprenticeship program.
• Willingness to learn maintenance of brewery equipment.
• Interest in reliability, safety and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planned, preventive and condition-based maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support safe, effective repairs.
• Develop fault-finding across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automated systems.
