If you are currently working as an experienced staff nurse with patients who have cancer, we have a unique opportunity to join an established team of experienced Breast Care CNSs.
We are looking for a self-motivated nurse, eager to learn and develop skills to work both autonomously and as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.
This is ideally a full-time post (part-time considered for the right candidate) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Secondments considered.

To provide supportive care within the unit and facilitate optimal healthcare for women with or fearing breast cancer. After training and supervision, responsible for delivering supportive care to women recalled from screening, both in clinic and via telephone.
The post holder will work alongside the multidisciplinary screening team.
St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust hosts SWLBSS, serving over 190,000 women, providing mammography screening every 3 years for women aged 50-71. The service screens over 70,000 women annually and diagnoses over 400 cancers per year.
SWLBSS is co-located with the symptomatic breast service, forming the Breast Services Care Group at The Rose Centre, St George's Hospital.
The team provides high-quality breast cancer diagnostics and support for women with or at risk of breast cancer.
