Job summary

Greensafe IT in Kidderminster is seeking a logistics and transport coordinator to monitor driver hours, schedule onsite works, and support the Transport Lead in daily operations.

You will manage maintenance schedules, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing across departments, while maintaining open communication with drivers, engineers and customers.

• Monitor driver hours, infringements, and overall performance.
• Schedule onsite works, vehicle maintenance, and machinery upkeep.
• Support Transport Lead and Onsite Manager with daily operations.
• Book vehicle repairs and maintain 12-week maintenance schedules.
• Maintain operational dashboards and accurate billing information across departments.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, engineers, and internal teams.
• Review engineer and customer feedback, relaying insights to leadership.
• Track driving behaviours, including speed, breaks, and compliance.
• Ensure expenses, speeding fines, and parking fines are processed accurately.
• Follow up on quality of work to maintain high service standards.

Location: Kidderminster

Salary: A GBP 25,000 : A GBP 27,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full:time, Mon:Fri working hours 37.5 hour a week contract.
