Job summary

Malmaison Edinburgh City is seeking a Breakfast Waiter to join our busy Food & Beverage team. You will be the first point of contact for guests in the morning, delivering the brand standards during breakfast and brunch service.

You will work set shifts (6:30-3:00 or 7:30-4:00) and coordinate between the kitchen and F&B manager to ensure a smooth dining experience. Opportunity for internal development within Malmaison.
