Job summary

Malmaison Edinburgh City is seeking a Breakfast Waiter to provide friendly, attentive service for breakfast and brunch. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the brand standards and coordinating with kitchen and F&B management to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Shifts run 6:30–3 or 7:30–4, and you will enjoy generous benefits, training and development opportunities, plus employee perks through the Malmaison group.

Our Breakfast Waiters are the face of the restaurant, help control the flow, and ensure communication between the Kitchen and the F&B Manager to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.
