Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our Food & Beverage team at Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa, Thame. You will work across multiple F&B areas to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.

You will stay informed on pricing and promotions to advise guests and maximise sales while delivering exceptional service in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage roles.
• Strong guest service and upselling skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests across different F&B areas within the hotel.

What will I do? You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.
