ABOUT THE ROLE

The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager on projects, training of fellow colleagues and some administration duties. This role will be responsible for direct supervision of floor staff during preparation and service.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience as supervisor or restaurant Supervisor in a high quality restaurant preferably within a 5 star environment
• Food and beverage knowledge, including wine
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros system and Open Table
• Strong personality and supervisory skills
• Hospitality qualification preferred but not essential
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
