Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring guest service is delivered to high standards.
• Works as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort and responds to guest inquiries.
• Takes responsibility for assigned duties, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers on departmental plans and targets aligned with hotel initiatives.
• Collaborates with immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships and promotes company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and best practices, with documentation for audits.
