Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership for duties.
• Personal integrity in a high-standard hospitality environment.
• Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering the guest service experience to high standards.
• Works as part of a team to maximise guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries.
• Takes responsibility for duties and tasks, ensuring timely, professional execution.
• Delivers on departmental plans and hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborates with their report to control costs and inventory and maintain productivity.
