Job summary

Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Breakfast Casual Waiter/Waitress to greet guests with warmth and deliver memorable service in a lively breakfast setting.

You will take orders, recommend items, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, polished service while maintaining high hygiene standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant server, waiter/waitress, or hospitality team member.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drink with confidence and flair, always with a genuine smile.
• Create moments: Recommend menu items, accommodate special requests, and anticipate guest needs to create a personalized and seamless experience.
• Support the flow: Keep your section clean, stocked, and ready for service, supporting opening/closing tasks and helping team members as needed.
• Stay in sync: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely, accurate, and polished service.
• Keep it spotless: Follow hygiene and safety procedures to keep the restaurant clean and compliant at all times.
