Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, invites applications for a Breakfast Supervisor to lead our iconic breakfast service. You will oversee daily operations from setup to close, coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure flawless guest experiences each morning.

You will mentor and train the breakfast team, uphold brand standards for food quality, hygiene, and presentation, manage reservations and seating, and contribute to a smooth, high‑performing operation in a luxury

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in a food and beverage setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily breakfast operation from setup to close.
• Lead, train and support the breakfast team to deliver guest service and maintain high performance.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are met with health regulations.
• Manage guest reservations, seating and special requests, resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the kitchen, assist with scheduling, cash handling and team administration.
