Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, invites applications for a Breakfast Supervisor to lead our iconic breakfast service. You will oversee daily operations from setup to close, coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure flawless guest experiences each morning.

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our iconic Breakfast Restaurant team. Are you a master of craft?   • Oversee the daily breakfast operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from setup to close.
  • Lead, train, and support the breakfast team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high performance.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met in line with company and health regulations.
  • Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service, and assist with scheduling, cash handling, and team administration.

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts begin at 5:30am (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Breakfast Supervisor candidate, you must have previous supervisory/management experience in a food and beverage setting. You will be an enthusiastic leader, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for hospitality.
