Job summary

Harbour Hotels in the UK are seeking a Breakfast Manager to lead the breakfast operation and ensure seamless guest service delivery across our properties. You will ideally be stepping up from an assistant or supervisory F&B role, demonstrating strong leadership and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage supervisory or management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.

• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role… We have a superb opportunity for a Breakfast Manager to join the team looking after breakfast service. As Breakfast Manager you will be required to lead the breakfast operation to ensure a seamless guest service delivery. You will ideally currently be working in an assistant or supervisory F&B role and looking for the next step in your career. Strong leadership, a passion for service excellence and a determination to be the best is essential.
