Job summary

Hampton by Hilton Leeds City Centre is seeking a Breakfast Guest Service Assistant who takes pride in presentation and delivering a memorable breakfast experience. You will help maintain high cleanliness and food quality, serve guests, restock the buffet, and support the restaurant operation with professionalism.

The role emphasises excellent customer service, a willingness to train in cooking, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards while contributing to a welcoming start to every guest’s

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Cooking experience – training provided.
• Basic Food Hygiene Qualification – Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve hotel breakfast to Brand Standards and Food Handling Legislation.
• Deliver great guest service while creating memorable experiences at breakfast.
• Restock the breakfast buffet daily and ensure supplies meet Brand Standards.
• Own your kitchen, manage supplies and minimise waste.
• Act as Breakfast Host when required, welcoming guests at breakfast service.
• Support during Breakfast Service with clearing and resetting tables.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
• Restock condiments and cutlery to avoid shortages.
• Keep the restaurant clean and tidy in line with Brand Standards.
• Washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Wear the uniform with pride and report unsafe equipment or incidents.
• Possible cross-training to assist the reception team with FOH duties
